Every time I go here, flat tire, crisis or not, staff always are excellent and patient. I’d like to thank Zac and Christian for their time spent with me tonight right as they were about to close. Job well done and thank you for being a reliable option for our tire needs!

I will die on this hill: Discount Tire is the ONLY place you should be going for your tires. Great prices! Great quality! Great people! I went in for 4 new tires and an alignment. My car is in such bad shape, it was beyond their purview. They changed my tires just fine. They did as much as they could for my alignment, but because they couldn't fix everything (it needs parts), they chose not to charge me for that. They showed me what was wrong and answered all of my questions with understanding.

Kevin and the rest of the staff are amazing. We always feel like we are VIP when we visit. The best customer service in the business. I will continue making the drive from Battle Creek.

Fast‑forward to this week: another rotation, another TPMS hiccup. I stopped back in, fully expecting a long wait because the shop was slammed. Instead, Christian, my original point of contact, immediately recognized me, took five minutes out of his incredibly busy day, and personally re‑registered each tire. Then he took the time to explain why it happens and reassured me that I’m welcome to stop in anytime after a rotation to have it fixed — no charge, no problem. It took less than five minutes, but it was phenomenal customer service. In a world where g

I was getting all 4 tires replaced. After I got home, I discovered that one of the tires was overinflated to 51 PSI!! To add insult to injury, one of the valve stem caps were the wrong size. How could they possibly get these basics wrong? Never going back.
